I’m a Master Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, a registered nurse of over 30 years (still practising), and a mum to two young adult children navigating life’s transitions alongside you.

I combine evidence-based strategies with trauma-informed care and holistic, natural approaches to help you rebuild calm, confidence, and control in a way that actually fits your life.
