Hi, I’m Tracey Race a mum of two young adults, based in beautiful Titirangi, Auckland. With over 25 years as a registered nurse working in intensive care and emergency education, I’ve seen firsthand how chronic illness and anxiety are rising especially in people as young as their 30s.
After years of seeing people struggle and suffer in silence, I realised something was missing: support that empowers people to manage anxiety and panic without relying on medication alone. That’s what inspired me to become a Health and Mental Health Coach.

I combine clinical experience, behavioural coaching, trauma-informed care, and my own journey through anxiety — with one simple aim: to help you feel better, think clearer, and take control of your life again.
