Hi, I’m Tracey Race — a mum of two teens, based in beautiful Titirangi, Auckland. With over 25 years as a registered nurse working in intensive care and emergency education, I’ve seen firsthand how chronic illness and anxiety are rising — especially in people as young as their 30s.

After years of seeing people struggle and suffer in silence, I realised something was missing: support that empowers people to manage anxiety and panic without relying on medication alone. That’s what inspired me to become a Health and Mental Health Coach.

You Don’t Have to Just Cope — You Can Recover.

I combine clinical experience, behavioural coaching, trauma-informed care, and my own journey through anxiety — with one simple aim: to help you feel better, think clearer, and take control of your life again.

Together, we’ll co-create a plan tailored to you — built on trust, accountability, and tools that work. You’ll be listened to without judgement, and guided step by step toward your goals.

My Approach

We focus on lasting change through what I call the Six Pillars of Mental and Emotional Health:

​

  • Eat – Nourish your body to support your mind

  • Move – Gentle movement to reset your nervous system

  • Sleep – Deep, restorative rest for healing

  • Breathe (Nasally) – Calm your body through proper breathing

  • Joy – Reconnect to what lights you up

  • Self-talk – Shift how you speak to and about yourself
