ABOUT ME

Passionate About Supporting Others Living With Anxiety and without Panic Attacks

I am married, a mother of 2 teenagers, live in Titirangi Auckland. I have over 25 years’ experience as a registered nurse in an Intensive care environment, teaching and educating dealing with medical emergencies and constantly seeing patients being admitted with avoidable manageable chronic diseases, with the ages getting younger from mid-30’s, and living a full life managing anxiety, the overwhelming struggles of daily life, without just medication, is what drove me to become a Health Coach.

Using specalised knowledge, accountability, listening without judgement, my own lived experiences and behavioural coaching skills.  We can develop the personalised perfect plan using the necessary tools and resources to guide support and assist you achieve your desired goals.

 

The essence is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify your core mind body daily and spirit challenges so you can overcome them with confidence, and live without excess worry, anxiousness or fear of panic attacks, and without medication dependence alone. Only then will you be able to fully embrace who you are, living the best life, experiencing joy and smiling again, and look forward to a future.  

 

To achieve this we can look at, and use, what I refer to as the six pillars of mental health and overall wellbeing; I weave these within my programmes as required. These Six pillars are: 

  1. Eat.

  2. Move.

  3. Sleep.

  4. Nasal Breathing.

  5. Joy

  6. Self-talk.

What to expect from coaching-In all of these sessions/packages, you will come away feeling you are moving toward your goal. You will feel "heard", and get tools and knowledge, to implement NOW to make changes in your lifestyle in simple, accessible, individualised, and sustainable ways.


Each package is built to go a bit further than the previous one. Our sessions are built on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis, but the frequency is determined by you. 

We focus and celebrate progress not perfection.
